R E S 0 L U T I ON
WHEREAS, interest.ha.s been shown by governmental units
in contracting with the City of Beaumont for data processing
work; and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of .the
City of Beaumont that..such contracts are in the best interest
of the City -of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to
establish fees for data processing work -to be performed by the
computer of the City of Beaumont for other governmental units;
and it is further resolved that the City of Beaumont Finance
Department is hereby authorized to do computer work for other
governmental units and charge fees therefore.as approved by
the City Manager of the City of Beaumont.
