HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 47 GGG�7 G6G R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a license to St. Elizabeth Hospital, a division of Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, Houston, Texas, a non-profit Texas charitable corporation, to install three (3) pile caps extending three (3') feet into Calder Avenue right-of-way east of 18th Street, according to conditions set forth in said license. PASSED by the City Council this the 1973. Mayor - day of THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF JEFFERSON I LICENSE City of Beaumont, hereinafter called "City", for in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to it paid by St. Elizabeth Hospital, a division of Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, Houston, Texas, a non-profit Texas chari table corporation, its successors and assigns, the receipt of rich is hereby acknowledged, hereinafter called 11Licensee". City hereby grants to Licensee a license to install three (3) underground pile caps extending three (3') feet south of the north line of Calder Avenue at the following locations: (1) pile caps C-19 center line location 32' 8" east of the east line of 18th Street (2) pile caps B-19 center line location 91' 18" east of the east line of 18th Street (3) pile cap A-19 center line location 150' 8" east of the east line of 18th Street This license is given by the City subject to the follow ing conditions: . (A) Licensee will be responsible for any and all damage done to City property or property belonging to utility companies in the installation of the above -referenced pile caps. (B) Before construction begins, Licensee shall notify the Traffic Department of the City of Beaumont and all utility agencies of the proposed underground digging in the street right-
