R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT
That Kenneth R. Devero, City Manager, be, and he is
hereby, authorized to execute for and on behalf of the
City of Beaumont, Texas, a public entity established
under the Laws of the State of Texas, this application
and to file in the appropriate State Office for the
purpose of obtaining certain federal financial assist-
ance under the Federal Disaster.Act (Public Law 606,
91st Congress.)
