A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the acquisition of right-of-way in the general

vicinity of East Lucas (C.I.P.1I Project No. 11 -ST -04), is
essential to the location,. construction, widening and maintenance
of said East Lucas Street andintersectionsthereon, and Ls con-
sidered in the best interest of The City of Beaumont, NOW,
I
THEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED BIY THE CITY COUNCIL.OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Legal Department be, and is hereby, directed to proceed
with preliminary work for the acquisition of the necessary right-
of-way for said Project, including the retention of appraisers
and title information.
