R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of July, 1973, the City re-
ceived bids for the purchase of miscellaneous furnishings
(Group E) for the Beaumont Municipal Library; and,
I
WHEREAS, Evans-Monical submitted the only bid for fur-
nishing said miscellaneous furnishings; and,
I
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Evans-Monical� should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Evans-Monicallin-the amount of One Thousand
Five Hundred Fifty and 38/100 ($1,550.38) Dollars for furnishing
miscellaneous furnishings (Group E) should be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
