WHEREAS, the City..Council on August 22, 1972, passed
Res-olution.No. 59 -DDD providing guidelines for appointments of
the City Council to boards and.commissions;,and,
WHEREAS, it is the present will and desire of the
majority of the City Council to repeal Guideline #1 of said
Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Resolution No. 59 -DDD as previously passed by the City
Council on August 22, 1972, is hereby modified by repealing
Guideline #1 of said Resolution.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
1973.
