R E S O L"U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on July 3, 1973, for
purchasing a mini -size truck for use in the Engineering Depart-
ment; and,
WHEREAS, Jimmie Himmet Datsun Company submitted a bid
for furnishing said mini -size pick-up truck for the Engineering
Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Jimmie Himmel;Datsun Company is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE II T RESOLVED BY THE CITY .
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Jimmie Himmel batsun Company in the amount of
Two Thousand Six Hundred Ninty-One and 30/100 ($2,691.30) Dol-
lars be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
1973.
