A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 3, 1973, The City of Beaumont received
bids for furnishing one automobile for the Police Department;
and.,
WHEREAS, Caraway Motor Company submitted a bid for fur-
nishing said automobile; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Caraway Motor Company is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITi' OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Caraway Motor Company in the amount of -Three
Thousand Four Hundred Ninty-Wine and No/100 ($3,499.00) Dollars
be accepted by The City of Beaumont.
