R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on June 14, 1973, for
audio equipment for Police Public Service Unit; and,
WHEREAS, Brock Audio, Inc. submitted a bid for furnish-
ing said audio equipment; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that. the
bid submitted by Brock Audio, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Brock Audio, Inc. in the amount of One Thousand
Seven Hundred Twenty -Three and!40/100 ($1,723.40) Dollars be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the �(� day
