A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the acquisition of -easements in the west end
of town in the general vicinity of Major Drive and running in
a north -south direction is essential to the location, construc-
tion, operation and maintenance of said water and sewer ease-
ments, and is considered in the best interest of The City of
Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Legal Department be, and is hereby, directed
to proceed with preliminary work necessary to.the acquisition
of said easements, including the employment of appraisers and
title information.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this day of ,
1973.
