A R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute a deed
conveying a certain tract out of the CLAY MORRIS ADDITION to
SAMUEL E. McCAULEY in exchange for the sum of ONE HUNDRED
FORTY AND NO/100'($140. 00)... DOLLARS, which said property was
acquired by the City of Beaumont, and the Beaumont Independent -
School District at a sheriff's sale for delinquent taxes; and that
the City Cleric be, and she is hereby authorized to attest the same
and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
