BE IT RESOLVED BY'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the final plans and specifications for the construction
of Project No. 11 -ST -10 of the Capital Improvements Program,
being also called the Fourth Street Project, having been
examined by the City Council, which believes the same to be
in the best interest of The City of Beaumont and its citizenry
are, in all respects, finally approved and adopted; and be it
further resolved that the appropriate City Officials are here-
by authorized to -advertise -for bids for the construction of
Project 11 -ST -10, the cost of said construction to be paid
from the Capital Improvements Program Bond Fund.
