R E S 0 L U' T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on June 26, 1973, for
purchasing photographic equipment for the Police Public Service
Unit; and,
WHEREAS, Fox Photo submitted a bid for furnishing said
photographic equipment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Fox Photo is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Fox Photo in the amount of Two Thousand Three
Hundred Twenty -Five and 65/100 ($2,325.65) Dollars be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the � day of 1ILQ,
