R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that there
should be two signatures on all vouchers, bonds and checks issued
by the City.of Beaumont out of;its various funds; and is further
of the opinion that a. -third person should be designated as alter-
nate signor, so that any;two of -the three authorized persons may
affix their signatures; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that Kenneth
R. Devero, City Manager, and Myrtle Corgey,' City Clerk, should
signor countersign all vouchers, bonds and checks issued by the
City of Beaumont out of its various funds and that Dean Ransom,
City Finance Officer, should be the alternate signor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That Kenneth R. Devero, City Manager, and Myrtle Corgey, City
Clerk, be,and they are hereby, authorized to sign or countersign
all vouchers, bonds and checks.issued by the City of Beaumont
from any fund, of said City and,. that Dean Ransom, City Finance
Officer, be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign or countersign
all vouchers, bonds and checks issued by the City of Beaumont
from any fund of said City as alternate signor, and that the
bank upon which all checks are drawn is hereby authorized to
honor these signatures.
