A RES O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS;
That the City Manager be, and i's hereby, authorized
to negotiate Contracts for the execution of field engineering
and preparation of right-of-way strip maps and individual
right-of-way acquisition plats for the following projects
with the following firms:
(1) Delaware Street from Concord to Dowlen,
with Matt M. Rackil, Engineer;
(2) Dowlen Road from Gladys to Phelan,
with Schaumburg & Polk, Inc-.;
(3) Florida, Highland and University to
Spur 380, with C. A. Kohler, Engineer,
said Contracts to be paid from the Revenue Sharing Budget
already allocated.
