A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the acquisition of a strip of land in the
general vicinity of Fourth Street and Sarah Street, extend-

ing along the s .-line of Sarah Street on either side of
Fourth Street, is essential to the location, construction,
widening and maintenance of said Sarah Street and Fourth
Street, and is considered in the best interest of The City
of Beaumont, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT The Legal Department be, and is hereby, directed
to proceed with the acquisition of the necessary land for
said project, including the.retention of appraisers and title
information.
