BE IT RESOLVED,BY THE CITY'COUNCIL,OF'THE
_CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and;he is hereby, authorized to exe-
cute on behalf of the City of Beaumont, a License Agreement
with Mobil.Pipeline Company to lay a sixteen inch (16") pipe-
line across Spindletop Road in Spindletop Park, Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas; and.the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to said License Agreement and affix the seal of the
City of Beaumont thereto.
