R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on June 12, 1973 for
one (1) cab and chassis truck 'for a -street flusher for the
Street Department; and j.
WHEREAS, International;Harvester Company submitted a
bid of$6,013.52 for furnishing the cab and chassis; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is. of.the.opinion that the
bid submitted by International�I.Harvester Company is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY-
COUNCIL
ITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That.the bid of International.Harvester Company in the amount
of Six Thousand Thirteen and'52/100-($6-,013.52) Dollars be..
accepted by the City of -Beaumont.
PASSED. by the City Council this the day of
1973.
