A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, The City received informal bids for repairs
of a Parks & Recreation truck no. 0723; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Motor!Company submitted a bid for
furnishing said repair.work to said truck; and,
WHEREAS, The City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Beaumont Motor,Company is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Beaumont Motor Company for the repair
of a Parks & Recreation truck no. 0723 be, and is hereby,
accepted by The City of Beaumont. -
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL on this the day of
1973.
