A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, The City. of Beaumont and Allied Supplier &
Erection, Inc. executed a certain contract on May 8th,.1973,
for fencing City Properties Eastiof Pine Street, at a total
contract price of Three Thousand�Two Hundred and Forty and
No/100 ($3,240.00) Dollars; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, Division of
Engineering, has inspected the work and recommends its accep-
tance and the total payment of Three Thousand Two Hundred and
Forty and No/100 ($3,240.00) Dollars to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That The City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion
of the aforesaid contract in all particulars and does further
authorize the total payment of Three Thousand Two Hundred and
Forty -and No/100 ($3,24.0.-00).Dollars to-the•said contractor.
PASSED by the City Council on,this the day of
1973.
