A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
,WHEREAS, the City received bids on May 22, 1973,for
furnishing one (1) truck bed with "A"1 frame for the Water
Distribution Department; and,
WHEREAS, Alex. Feigelson Company submitted a bid for
furnishing one (1) truck bed with "A"'frame, which was the
only bid received; and,
WHEREAS, the.City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted'by Alex. Feigelson Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Alex. Feigelson Company in the amount of
$3,216.54 be -:accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council .this the day of
1973.
