A RES O LUT I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF.BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a Permit for Sears Roebuck and Company to install,
maintain, operate, replace or remove an intercom cable across
Liberty Avenue and Laurel Avenue in the City of Beaumont,
according to conditions set forth in said Permit.
PASSED by the City Council this the, -00" day of
1973.
