A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont received bids on May 22,
1973, for an official city depository for the period beginning
July 1, 1973 and ending September 30, 1975; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is -of -the opinion that the
application submitted by the American National Bank of Beaumont
offers favorable terms and conditions for the City and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
'OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That'the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont a Depository Agreement
with the American National Bank of Beaumont for the period
beginning July 1, 1973 and ending September 30, 1975, in
accordance with the terms stated in its application, and that
the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized to attest to,
same and to affix the seal of,the City thereto.
