R E S O L U.T I.O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Pat Denby, Inc.,
executed a certain contract on April X17, 1973, for leveling
up concrete slab floor of Fire Station No. 4, located at
1301 Lucas, at a total contract price of $2,190; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, Division of'
Engineering, has inspected the work and recommends its
acceptance and the total payment of $2,190 to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion
of.the aforesaid contract in,all particulars and does further
authorize the total payment.of $2,190 to the said contractor.
