A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on April 24, 1973,
for furnishing 400 chairs for the Harvest Club and YMBL Hall;
and,
WHEREAS, Fernon's. Office Outfitters and Stationers
submitted a bid for furnishing 400 chairs; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Fernon's Office Outfitters and Stationers is
the lowest and best bid and should be.accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Fernon's Office Outfitters and Stationers
in the amount of $2,400 be accepted by The City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this day of ,
1973.
