A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the
City received informal
bids
on May
15,
1973, for furnishing
building materials for
new
offices
on
the third floor of the Police Station; and,
WHEREAS, Roy Lee Lumber Company submitted a bid for
furnishing.building materials;: and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Roy Lee Lumber Company. -is the lowest and best
bid' and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY_COUNCIL
OF THE.CITY OF'BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Roy Lee Lumber Company in the amount of $1,783.18
be accepted by The City of Beaumont and that it be charged to
Grant No. AC -3-D5-1623, Acct.-8000E;'and Grant No. AC -3=I1-1641,
Acct. 8000E.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
1973.
