A R E S 0 L U T -I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on May.l, 1973, for
furnishing one (1) 25 to 30 ' ton used mobil crane for the
Street Department;. and,
WHEREAS, Bill Banks Equipment.Company submitted'a bid
for furnishing a used 1966 Linkbelt Model HC77 twenty-five
(25) ton mobil crane; and,
WHEREAS, the._City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Bill Banks Equipment. Company is the best
bid and should -be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Bill Banks Equipment Company in the amount of
$30,800.00 be accepted by theCity of Beaumont.
