A RE S O LUT I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE.CITY•COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of The.City of Beaumont.a contract with
E1 Mina Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. of Galveston, Texas, leasing
to the said E1 Mina Temple the Arena Area of the Fair Park
for the purpose of staging a circus for the days of August
25 and 26, 1973, at a consideration of .Two Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars; and the City.Clerk'.is hereby'authorized'to attest
to said contract and to affix the Seal of The City of
Beaumont -thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this.the day of
1973.
