A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, it is necessary to ,complete certain preliminary
field survey work towards the construction of the second phase
of Phelan Boulevard from Calder to Dowlen Road and to employ
for.said purpose a survey team, which employment is considered
by the City Council to be in the best interest of the City of
Beaumont and the citizenry thereof; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT.
That the Director of Community Development be, and he is hereby,
authorized to negotiate with and contract with a field survey
team to accomplish a survey of the second phase of Phelan
Boulevard from Calder to Dowlen Road.
