WHEREAS, under the Assessment Paving Program of the
City of Beaumont, the Public Works Department has recommended
Blossom Drive from Washington Boulevard to the south lines of
Blocks 1 and 2, Fleetwood Addition, Parish Street from Blossom
Drive east to end and Procter Street from Blossom Drive east
to end be paved under the Assessment Paving Program; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont is
of the opinion that this recommendation should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE. CITY OF BEAUMONT :
That the recommendation by the Public Works Department that
Blossom Drive from Washington -Boulevard to the south lines of
Blocks 1 and 2, Fleetwood Addition, Parish Street from Blossom
Drive east to end and Procter Street from Blossom Drive east
to end be paved under the Assessment Paving Program is hereby
approved and the Public Works Department is directed to pre-
pare plans, specifications, and cost estimates with reference
to this project for presentation to the City Council.
PASSED by the City Council this the �r7 day of
1973.
