A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont entered into a contract
with George L. Ingram and Associates -Architects for a study
for Beaumont Civic Development including a.proposed auditorium -
theater, exibition hall, coliseum, and the South Texas State
Fair; and,
WHEREAS, $12,049.53.is. now due,George L. Ingram and
Associates -Architects under this contract for their profes-
sional.services rendered todate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT':
That the City Controller be, and he is hereby, authorized to
pay George L. Ingram and Associates -Architects the sum of
$12,049.53 for services rendered in connection with the
Beaumont Civic Development study.
PASSED by the City Council this the �� day of
1973.
