A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, on April 10, 1973, the City received bids for
leveling up concrete slab floor of Fire Station #4 located at
Lucas
1301 G4:&dys Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, Pat Denby, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $2,190.00 with 20 working days to complete the work
of leveling up concrete'slab floor of Fire Station #4 located
Lucas
at 1301-G Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the -opinion that the
b id.submitted by Pat Denby, Inc., the only bid received, is a
good bid and should be accepted, and that a contract with Pat
Denby, Inc. for leveling up concrete slab floor of Fire Station
Lucas
#4 located at 1301 63-&dys Avenue should be executed and that
such leveling up concrete slab floor_ of Fire Station #4 located
Lca
at 1301 Gya-Ggs Avenue be accomplished under said contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Pat Denby, Inc. in the amount of $2,190.00
with 20 working days to complete the -work, be accepted, and
the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
on behalf of The City of Beaumont a contract with Pat Denby,
Inc. for leveling up concrete slab floor of Fire Station #4
Lucas
located at 1301 adys Avenue in accordance with the plans
and specifications of said contract; and that the City Clerk
be, and she is hereby, authorized to attest to said contract
and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the 71-1 day of
1973..
