A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received bids on March 27, 1973,
for furnishing one (1) cab and chassis truck for the Water
Distribution Department; and,,.
WHEREAS, International Harvester Company submitted a
bid for furnishing .one (1) cab and chassis truck; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by International Harvester Company is the
lowest and best bid and should be accepted;_
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT'RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of International Harvester Company in the amount
of $5,967.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the 17 day of
1973.
