WHEREAS, the City received bids on March 20, 1973,
for furnishing one (1) air compressor for the Water Utilities
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Heatley Equipment Company submitted a bid
for furnishing one (1) air compressor; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Heatley Equipment Company is. the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Heatley Equipment Company in the amount of
$4,257.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED'.by.the City Council this the 17 day of
1973.
