A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received bids on April 3, 1973, for
furnishing one (1) Crawler Type Tractor with 1 1/2 yard
loading bucket for the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, Gardner Machinery Corporation submitted a
bid for furnishing one (1) Crawler Type Tractor with 1 1/2
yard loading bucket;::and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Gardner Machinery Corporation is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Gardner Machinery Corporation in the amount
of $20,830.00 be accepted by The City of Beaumont.
