A R E S 0 L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
.That the City of Beaumont shall make application to
the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for Bureau of Out-
door Recreation, Land and Water Conservation, for funds for
the development of an athletic complex in the City of
Beaumont and to this end the Director of Community Development
be, and he is hereby, authorized to -execute such applications
and instruments as may be necessary to further the purpose
of this Resolution, and the City Clerk shall affix the seal
of the City of Beaumont hereto.
