A R E S O LUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont a lease contract
with the Junior League of Beaumont, Texas, Inc. for the
grounds and buildings known as the Fair Park for the purpose
of conducting the Spindletop Charity Horse Show on May 9, 10,
11 and 12, 1973, upon the terms and conditions and for the
consideration set out in said lease; said lease beginning
April 9, 1973 to May 19, 1973; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized. to attest to said lease and to affix the Seal of
the City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the a '% day of
