A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont a lease
contract with the Beaumont Art'League, leasing to the said
Beaumont Art League 0.449 acre out of the South Texas State,
Fair Grounds, with improvements thereon, for a term beginning
on April 1, 1973, and ending March 31, 1975, under the terms
and conditions as contained in.said lease contract; and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said instrument
and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
