A R -E SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received informal.bids.on March 19,
1973, for furnishing fifty thousand (50,000) four-part NCR
Traffic Tickets for the Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Data Graphic:Business Forms, Inc. submitted
a bid for furnishing fifty thousand (50,000) four-part NCR
Traffic Tickets; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc. is the
lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc. in the
amount of $1,396.00 be accepted by The City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the 7 day of
