A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS,, under the Assessment Paving Program of the
City of Beaumont, the Public Works Department has recommended
Kingsley Drive from Ohio Street east to dead end.be'paved
under the Assessment Paving Program; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont is
of,the opinion .that this recommendation should be.approved;
NOW, THEREFORE,' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF.BEAUMONT:
That the recommendation _by the.Public Works Department that
Kingsley Drive from Ohio Street east to dead end be paved
under the.Assessment'Paving.Program is hereby approved and
the Public Works Department is directed to prepare plans,
specifications, and cost estimates with reference to this
prqject for presentation to the City Council.
PASSED by the City Council this the �A_Q day of
1973'.
