A R E S O LUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:.
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont a lease
contract with the Junior Chamber of Commerce, leasing to
said Junior Chamber of Commerce the South End of the Main
Exhibit Building and the patio area of Fair Park for the
purpose of sponsoring an outdoor recreation show for the
days of March 23, 24 and 25,1973, under the terms and con-
ditions as contained in said lease contract; and the City
Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said instrument -and
to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
1973.
