A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on February 27, 1973,
for furnishing traffic plates for the Water Distribution
Division of the Water Utility Department, for the cleaning
and lining program; and,
WHEREAS, Dollinger Specialties submitted a bid for
furnishing traffic plates for the cleaning and lining pro-
gram; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont is
of. the opinion that the bid submitted by Dollinger Specialties
is ithe lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Dollinger Specialties in the amount of
$1;892.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the �9 day of
March, 1973.
