R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the.Acting City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute a contract retaining Wallace B. Livesay
and Tom B. Livesay, Architects and Engineers, to perform
architectural services attendant to the design of a new
recreation and athletic complex; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to same and to affix the seal of the City
thereto.
