R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Attorney and the City staff be, and it is
hereby, authorized to contract with appraisers and title

companies and begin negotiations for the site of a new

recreation and athletic complex.
PASSED by the City Council this the 20th day of February,
