A R E S 0'L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, under the Assessment Paving Program of the
City of Beaumont, the'Public Works Department has recommended
Central Drive from Gladys Avenue North to East Drive be paved
under the Assessment Paving Program; and,
WHEREAS, the:,City Council of the City of Beaumont is
of the opinion that this recommendation should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the recommendation by the Public Works Department that
Central Drive from Gladys Avenue North to East Drive be paved
under the Assessment Paving Program is hereby approved and
the Public Works Department is directed to prepare plans,
specifications, and.cost estimates with reference to this
project for presentation to -the City Council.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
February, 1973.
