A R E S O LUT ION
WHEREAS, the. City of Beaumont is presently incapable
of s.ervicing'certain luminaries within its illumination system
within the boundaries of the City of Beaumont;.and,
WHEREAS, the City Council believes it is in the best
interest of the City of Beaumont that an agreement be made
with the State of Texas whereby the State of Texas will main-
tain said luminaries;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be,. and he is hereby, authorized to
enter into an agreement with the State of Texas concerning
the maintenance of a certain illumination system within the
city limits of the City of Beaumont; and 'the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to attest to said agreement.and to affix
the seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
