A RESOLUT ION
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Winter King & Son
entered into a certain contract on June -20, 1972, for 'pro-
viding materials, equipment and labor for the construction of
a neighborhood recreational building at Rogers Park,'at the
original contract price of $3:5,232-.00, which price was
modified by Supplement No. 1 to said contract increasing the
contract price to $35,968.00 for additional work; and;
WHEREAS, the sum of '$31,708.80 plus authorized credits
in the amount of $696.00 has previously been paid to said
Winter King & Son; and,
WHEREAS, Henry Engelbrecht,..Director of Parks and
Recreation, has inspected the work -..and recommends its accept-
ance and final payment to -.the` contractor; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT'RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City.of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of
the aforesaid contract in all particulars and does further
authorize the final payment of $3,563.20 to the said contractor.
PASSED by the City Council this the a 3 day of
