R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on January 9, 1973,
for furnishing material for the Cleaning & Lining Program
for the Water Distribution Department; and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Supply Company, Inc. submitted a bid
for furnishing said material for the Cleaning & Lining
Program; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Gulf Supply- -Company, Inc. is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Gulf Supply Company, Inc. in the amount of
$6,194.02 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the 3 day of �OArD
