R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on January 2, 1973,
for furnishing 3,000 feet of 22 inch Double Jacket All
Dacron Rubber Lined Fire Hose and 1,000 feet of 3 inch
Double Jacket All Dacron Rubber lined Fire Hose for the
Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Claude Wright & Assoc. submitted a bid for
furnishing said 3,000 feet of 22 inch Double Jacket All
Dacron Rubber Lined Fire Hose and 1,000 feet of 3 inch Dou-
ble Jacket All Dacron Rubber lined Fire Hose; -"and:.:..
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Claude Wright & Assoc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Claude Wright & Assoc. in the amount of
$6,000.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
