A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the.City of Beaumont entered into a lease
with the Beaumont Youth Council on the -5th day of May; 1970,
leasing to the Beaumont Youth Council premises at 1899 Inter-
state 10 East for a period of five (5) years; and,
WHEREAS, this lease provides that it may be terminated
upon thirty (30) days notice in writing; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont
considers its advisable that the City cancel said lease;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby -authorized to give
thirty (30) days notice of cancellation of the lease between
the City of Beaumont and the Beaumont Youth Council for premises
located at 1899 Interstate 10 East, and take any other steps
necessary to effectuate the cancellation of this lease.
PASSED by the City Council this the _ day of
January, 1973.
